Article 1 - Pricing

The prices of our services are indicated on the website in US Dollars or Euros depending on your location, excluding taxes (unless otherwise stated). FixaConfirm reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Active subscriptions will be billed at the rate applicable at the time of subscription or renewal.

Article 2 - Invoicing and Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of subscription renewal or credit purchase. Payment is made by credit card via our secure payment providers (e.g., Stripe). Invoices are generated automatically and available in your dashboard.

Article 3 - Right of Withdrawal and Termination

As FixaConfirm is a fully executed digital B2B service, professional clients do not benefit from a right of withdrawal once the service is accessed or credits are used. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the client dashboard, taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

Article 4 - Liability

Our liability cannot be engaged for any indirect damages such as data loss, revenue loss, or missed commercial opportunities related to the use or inability to use our email verification services.
